Welcome to ICA! We’re committed to providing you with the best possible experience as you pursue your beauty education. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review the following terms and conditions carefully
1. Enrollment and Payment
– Deposit: Upon registration, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total course fee is required to secure your place.
– Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of registration and no later than 14 days before the course start date. Failure to complete the payment within this period may result in the cancellation of your enrollment.
– Late Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, ICA reserves the right to cancel your enrollment and retain the deposit.
2. Course Content and Structure
– ICA reserves the right to modify, edit, or intervene in the course content as necessary to maintain the highest educational standards.
– Course schedules, instructors, and content may be adjusted based on the needs of the academy or other unforeseen circumstances. ICA will inform students of any significant changes as soon as possible.
3. Course Cancellation
– ICA reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons deemed necessary by the academy.
– If a course is canceled, students will be notified no later than 10 days before the course start date, and any fees paid (including the deposit) will be fully refunded.
4. Rescheduling and Modifications
– ICA reserves the right to reschedule course dates or alter course content to accommodate the needs of the academy or due to other unforeseen circumstances.
– Students will be informed of any changes in a timely manner and given options to continue with the modified schedule or request a refund
5. Attendance and Conduct
– Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and participate fully in all activities.
– ICA expects students to maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
6. Liability
– ICA is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
– ICA is not liable for any personal injuries sustained during the course, except in cases of gross negligence by the academy.
7. Intellectual Property
– All course materials provided by ICA, including manuals, videos, and other resources, are the intellectual property of ICA and are provided for personal use only.
– Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials without the academy’s explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Force Majeure
– ICA is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Refund Policy
– Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a course cancellation by ICA, a full refund of all fees paid will be provided.
– Refunds for withdrawals made at least 14 days before the course start date will be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
10. Governing Law
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
